I went to Arizona this past weekend for a "mini-vacation" to visit my best friend and her family. Her two boys are 4 and 1 now, and are so fun to be around!
Colby has gotten so big, and is earning money for chores and good behavior and is so cute when he plays! He has a "phone" that he talks to Darth Vader on and wears a storm trooper outfit! I love it!
Brody is walking everywhere now, and says "uh-oh" when he drops something and luvs on his big brother!! It is the cutest thing!
We went to the pool Friday, and then when Matt got home we all went to Matt's parent's cabin in Pine, AZ that was absolutely beautiful! It rained and HAILED on us when we got there, but it cooled things off! It was so relaxing to be there, and Colby LOVES the cabin! Saturday morning we all took a long walk up and down hills, and later Matt and Colby went on 3 hikes by themselves!
Late Saturday afternoon, Beth and I got to have some "alone time", and go do some shopping and eat at a yummy Mexican restaurant. I enjoyed that precious time with her talking and laughing, and just being best friends!
Sunday it was time to leave, which always makes me sad....:( But I am just so blessed to go see her once a year, and enjoy her and her boys!
