The Dreaded.........SCALE!!!

As most of you know, I started a calorie counting/diet on July 3rd. It has actually been going really well with the help of MFP and logging in my foods everyday!! Wayne is doing it and get this....has already lost NINE pounds!
I try to weigh "in" every Friday, but sometimes get obsessed and do it Thursday too..:) As of TODAY, I have lost 5.6 lbs in 6 weeks! I am really happy, and I know with my continued cal
orie counting and EXERCISING (notice the big caps!) I will eventually reach my goal! And when I do, I hope to be as happy as this girl on the scale!!
