how I have longed for you!!!!!!!! :) I know a lot of people think being a teacher is an "easy" job, and we get all these breaks, summers off, etc...Which we do get those lovely breaks, but it's because we need them to refresh and recover!
I gave 65 final exams yesterday, ran 130 scan trans, then graded them, entered the grades and got next semester's grade-book set up! I was home by 130 PM, and was exhausted!
I don't go back until Jan. 3rd, and even though I have 3 weeks off, I will still be doing some work to get caught up for next semester....so really a teachers job is never "done"....:)
I wouldn't trade it for anything in the world and the kids have been a blessing!
Now off to wrap presents, for our weekend trip tomm. to do Christmas with the in-laws! :)
