
I started Boot Camp this week! Adventures Boot Camp for women...All women and women instructors! I go three days a week for four weeks. Monday wasn't too bad, we did some fitness testing and some exercises and then today was definitely more intense. My body is feeling it, which is GOOD! I am so excited about this journey I am taking not only with exercising but my eating/calorie counting as well. I can't wait to weigh on Friday. This past weekend we went out of town, so that kinda blew eating "good", but even then I didn't completely over do it. I think I have lost 1 lb so far, but I will see what the scale says Friday! Until then...my booty is BOOT CAMPING IT!

Where are you doing the boot camp? I have been looking at a couple of places to start because I would like to tone up my mid-region. :)
