My New "Pal"....


I have a new "pal"...(Don't be jealous yet Beth!) I logged on to this AWESOME website thanks to my friend Ann-Renee called myfitnesspal.com. You first put in your current weight, height, and what you want your goal weight to be, etc. VOILA, it tells you how many calories you should be eating per day, and how many calories you should be BURNING per day/week. Each day, you log in for breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks what you eat, and it automatically inputs the calories, carbs, protein, etc. You also log in what type of exercise you do, and it does the rest for you. Even Wayne is doing this too, mainly to help me!
I hope with doing this, starting bootcamp Monday,and continuing water aerobics I start to see some results!
