That's right..I got a shot in my left heel today..OH WHAT FUN, to start my Bday week off with this! :) I have had a heel problem since April/May and I knew it was Plantar Fascitis. After my first week of work last week, I was really hurting and could barely walk on that foot..:( SO I finally gave in at went to a foot Dr. today. He checked it, gave me a night splint to wear, did the shot, (which I firmly held the nurses hand while he did it!) and he gave me exercises to do. I am praying it gets better! My job requires me on my feet for 4-5 hours and playing with kids!

A Shot...in the FOOT!
