A New Year...A Fresh Start...

So everyone says "I want my resolution to be ....."....."
Well, I just want the next year to be filled with God's good grace, and for me and my family to be filled with blessings!!

This last year was bumpy...to say the least..But, we all have those bumps in the road. Some just "bumpier" than others!

I am currently looking for a new job. A fresh start. Can't wait to see what's in store for me. Wayne started his new job in August, and he will be going permanent soon..(PRAISE the LORD!). He loves his job, he is very busy, and yes, it does get hectic. He travels once a month, and I am still adjusting to that!!! Even with the travel, he really likes it! He rides the train to DT Dallas everyday and it's pretty neat.

My Dad is doing well, considering he was almost not with us in May, and he had a pacemaker put in. Every time I see him, he says "I'm getting old..." Yes, he is, but he is still my Dad, and I don't think of it that way. He is still with us for a reason. :)


There was sad losses, sad news, with friends of mine, and you cry, you let it out, you talk through it, etc..In the end you know that God is there to carry you.


One of the biggest things I am looking forward to is my Best Friend is due...her 3rd blessing is due the end of July..I can't wait! I can't wait to to hold her/him, and be an "Aunt"...AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!! :) I truly am blessed to be her BF, and her boys are like my nephews! I love them so much!

So the new year is upon us, and I look forward to the many blessings!
