I am finally on the mend from being sick from from a bad double ear infection. I also am recovering from mono which I didn't know I had, but it does explain my illnesses since Nov!!
I know exercising helps u build up your immune system, and I started looking online at the Couch to 5k program. It is designed to get u jogging 5k by 9 weeks. U follow the schedule 3 days a week and I started Monday. I am really excited, and I hope to register for the Race Against Crime 5k on May 8th here in Wylie!!
I walked 13.1 miles for the leukemia society back in 2004 but this is different. This will be a new challenge to take on as running/jogging is harder!!!
