
I found a beginner runner's schedule, and one of my closest friend's Ann-Renee runs. I thought it would be a good schedule to follow for someone who has NEVER ran! So I emailed it to her, and she ROCKS! She completely revised it for the next 10 weeks, and gave me cardio ideas that I can do right at home, since I don't go to a gym!! I am going to start Monday, but take it one step at a time, since I had a knee separation back in 1996! I am excited to start this new phase in my life!!
